Our process

The flight plan.

Every rescue follows the same disciplined sequence — four phases, five go/no-go stations, one fixed price agreed before we touch a line of code. And when we build bespoke from the ground up, it flies the same flight plan — launch-ready from day one.

Intake

We accept the codebase as-is, without judgement. Speed got you here; discipline gets you launched. We obtain repository access, hosting credentials and all available documentation, then inventory what was built, what was assumed, and what was omitted.

Audit

The go/no-go poll. We evaluate five stations in sequence: Security (secrets, auth, rate limiting, dependencies); GDPR & data protection (data mapping, lawful basis, deletion flows); App store readiness (Apple and Google requirements, privacy manifests, IAP rules); Payments (webhooks, retries, refunds, VAT); and Maintainability (tests, CI/CD, environments, monitoring).

Harden

We remediate the red items. Secrets move to proper management, endpoints receive authentication and rate limiting, data flows become compliant, payment systems gain webhook and retry infrastructure, and the codebase acquires tests, environments and deployment pipelines.

Launch & hold

We manage store submissions end-to-end and support your go-live. Post-launch, we hold the console: SLA-backed support agreements, severity classifications, monitoring and alerts.
