MISSION CONTROL // ABOUT US
About us

On console
since 2013.

Mission Control has been crafting revolutionary interfaces and digital solutions for some of the biggest names in business for over a decade — with one mission throughout: transform how businesses and their customers experience the digital world.

Our approach

Exceptional doesn't happen by accident.

Exceptional digital experiences are engineered — through a careful balance of innovative thinking, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of human behaviour. That philosophy guides every project we fly, whether we're developing cutting-edge mobile applications, designing AI-powered tools, or building solutions that push the boundaries of what's possible.

Our work spans industries and continents, but the thread connecting it all is a commitment to building digital products that don't just meet expectations — they redefine them.

It's also why we're the natural choice for rescue and hardening work. We know exactly where AI-generated code cuts corners, because we've spent a decade building the production-grade systems it's imitating.

Our heritage

From the Iron Works to mission control.

We're proud to call Northampton's vibrant Cultural Quarter home. Our studio sits inside Vulcan Works, a Grade II listed building and a standing testament to Britain's industrial heritage. These walls were once part of the 19th-century Vulcan Iron Works — they echoed with the sounds of industrial innovation, and now they witness the digital revolution we're helping to shape.

There's something poetic about developing tomorrow's digital solutions in a space that once drove the industrial age forward. It's a daily reminder of the transformative power of innovation — and it keeps us pushing boundaries in everything we do.

The crew on console.

Small team, long flight log. The people who actually build the things.

The Mission Control team has been designing, building, and flying digital solutions from the ground up since 2013 — from the first sketch on a whiteboard to the day-two patch after launch, and every go/no-go poll in between. Mobile apps, web platforms, AI systems, bespoke video infrastructure: if it ships, someone on this console has built it from zero, more than once.

We are also, unapologetically, an enormous bunch of geeks. We run Linux on our daily drivers (and will happily tell you why), build our own machines, collect gadgets the way other agencies collect awards, and argue about window managers, mechanical keyboards, and dive watches with complete sincerity. It's not a quirk — it's the point. People who genuinely love computing build better things on it.

That curiosity is why clients keep us around long after launch. A decade-plus of building from first principles means there's very little we haven't taken apart, fixed, or rebuilt properly — and when something new arrives, we're usually already playing with it before a client asks.

No account managers between you and the people writing the code. When you talk to Mission Control, you're talking to the crew on console.
