The flight plan.

Every rescue follows the same disciplined sequence — four phases, five go/no-go stations, one fixed price agreed before we touch a line of code. Here's exactly what happens between first contact and launch.

PHASE 01T-MINUS 4 WEEKS

Intake

We take the codebase exactly as it is — no judgement about how it was built. Speed got you here; discipline gets you launched. We get read access to the repository, the hosting accounts, and whatever documentation exists (even if that's just the original prompts), then map what was built, what was assumed, and what was quietly skipped.

By the end of intake you have a clear picture of what you actually own, and we have everything we need to run the audit.

PHASE 02T-MINUS 3 WEEKS

Audit — the go/no-go poll

We poll all five stations in sequence: Security (secrets, auth, rate limiting, dependencies), GDPR & data protection (data mapping, lawful basis, deletion flows), App store readiness (Apple and Google review requirements, privacy manifests, IAP rules), Payments (webhooks, retries, refunds, VAT), and Maintainability (tests, CI/CD, environments, monitoring).

Every finding is graded and priced. You see exactly what's red, why it matters, and what it costs to turn green — before committing to anything further.

PHASE 03T-MINUS 2 WEEKS

Harden

We fix what's red. Secrets move to proper management, endpoints get authenticated and rate-limited, data flows become GDPR-compliant, payment plumbing gets webhooks and retry logic, and the codebase gains tests, environments, and a deploy pipeline. You watch every station flip from NO-GO to GO on a shared status board — no black box, no surprises.

Launch & hold

We handle store submission end to end — assets, privacy manifests, review responses — and run go-live alongside you.
